OK but you know that the US provides no tracking numbers overseas. All I can do is register if I want that and that's around 17 dollars. All I can do is get a proof of mailing for 1.30

are the covers in good condition?

For the most part. Some may have slight toning some may have light corner creasing; I can not say that they are pristine Age is apparent but overall they are in good condition. If you don't like them you can return without reason and I will retun your creits.
