The listing, Battery Tester - Button Cell has ended.

This is used and it works well. Does not requires battery or plug in wall outlet. You just put in any button cell battery (hearing aid battery), push the button on the side and it will tell you whether it is good or not. The instruction is on the back of the box, which is included.

Does it test thing large cell batteries too....like watch batteries, etc.

If it is a button cell, yes...BUT.... after looking at the hole where you drop the battery seems to be certain size. I used the ruler for approximate measurement, the width is 5/8" and height is 4/16". Sorry I am not much of a help with this. I've used this for testing hearing aid battery.
