I'm really not sure but I would say it could be squeezed together to make it a little smaller or pulled apart some to make it a little larger.

It could be from Avon. I'm really not sure. I can't get a clear picture of the stamp but I can describe it to the best of my ability. It says Beau on top (curved down like a frown) and sterling on the bottom (curved up like a smile) with a B in the center. I hope this helps!
