I don't have another way to do so. LOL If I put my iphone in it I won't be able to take a picture. But I have a 3D case like this, not a stitch but similar. And it just slides onto the back of the phone and the front is free to touch/talk.

The head & the body are separate. Slide the body on first, then the head and click them together. That's how this one and the one on my phone works
