You will receive all of these sequins...I didn't count them but there are many of them. Also there are tiny dots without holes included. (I think these are just the dots that fall out of the holes of the seashells)These are a plastic, they are colored but transparent and they have sort of a mother of pearl shimmer to them when the light hits them.
