Pale tan is the best description I can come up w/for color. Size 13/14, 100% cotton. In excellent condition.

No shipping outside US.

I have found out that all sizes are not uniform and I need the waist to be 34 inches so I can breathe. I have severe emphysema so I need a lower rise also. Even within one brand, like Old Navy in particular, their sizes vary. I have jeans that are size 10,11,12 and can wear them all because they all have the same waist size. So I am asking if you could lay them flat and measure them across?
