is this webcam Windows 7 compatible? I am trying to find out at the Logitech site but I can't find this particular model on it...

It is the first one in the list the Buddy Cam. The driver support for this cam is QuickCam 8.4. Scroll down the page to software and drivers and find it on the list and you will be able to see the Operating System it supports.
