State of Hawaii Aloha Hilo Dollar Token. It is in mint condition and the size of an old silver dollar (approx. 40mm). Color; Gold tone. Reeded edge. Nice mint souvenir token with a picture of Queen Liliuokalani (1838-1917) on the front and on the reverse is volcanoes Mauna Kea & Mauna Loa + the Queen’s Garden. As a gesture of the Big Island Aloha Spirit, this was originally given out by the lsland of Hawaii Chamber of Commerce, back in the early 1970’s. Not particularly rare (check ebay) BUT rare if you have one with the original cover & sleeve, which I am including.
