This auction is for seed of the very unusual Primula vialii. It likes to grow in a very moist spot in the partly shaded garden.
Sow the seed in late winter either under lights indoors or place the pot outside and the seed will germinate when the weather warms in spring.

if doing it outside, when would you put it out, in the spring?

You could sow the seed now and put the pot right outside for the winter. Or you can wait, keep the seed in your fridge and sow them in late winter early spring, put the pot outside then and have the seed sprout as the weather warms. They do need a cold-moist period to germinate.

Ooops! Sorry I should have mentioned in the title that it's for SEEDS! Lots of them! they are tiny and hard to count but if you win you'll get at least 20!
