The leaves are synthetic, made of cotton. Unfortunately, shipping an ACTUAL lei such as this would be considered trafficking because the leaves actually contain just as much THC as the buds themselves. HOWEVER; I am a registered caretaker in the state of Michigan. Are you a "green card" holder in your state of residence?
