These are water stickers.

Instructions
Prep nail by cleaning the surface of the nail
cut the size decal you wish to use
submerge decal in a cup of water until the strip and white backing are separated (usually 1-2 mins)
remove from water and apply to nail with tweezers.
Allow to dry
File edges to remove excess (file is included)
apply top coat for glossy look
