This is a vintage Silver ring stamped (925) inside. The red heart is coral and the stones are all real stones.
I don't have a sizer but I wear a size 8 and it fits me.

The only ones I know are the white ones appear to be a quartz stones they are blue pink and green rough gem stones They look like small stones picked up in a creek bed, thru my magnifying glass. the silver was heated and shaped to their shapes.
