Because the stickers on the back inside of the phone are missing, unless you can use it then? I gues?

You have to have a plan for it, but like I mentioned in the description, the phone can not be use due to the no sticker ID # on the back of the phone

i have used an env2 on prepaid and did not have to have a data package i used it for a ten dollar texting bundle when i had it, just dont think it can be activated since it doesnt have the stickers in the back of it because there is no way to tell the MEID number...

you can still use the codes without the sticker. Just go onto the setting in the, go into phone info and it will tell you everything you need to know as in MIeD or hex

or just call verizon from the phone and follow the steps on acvitating it and it will ask if you have a account already with them and u put ur number in and it will acvitate the phone with your number that u have
