yes i do make them, its just at the moment money is tight and I don't have any tulle to make some. But they are really cute for the holidays. and very easy to make, thats why I put the instructions up. :)

the tutu can be made to fit any size. no you dont need a sewing machine. A hand needle and a little thread is all you need.
