why are all you listings for so many days?

I dont think my auctions are too long. From what ive seen short auctions are not as successful as reasonably longer ones. I dont want to have 21 days either because that is too long and very frustrating. I will however have shorter auctions at times just to see how it goes. In fact i will be experimenting with that pretty soon. My average auction length is 10 to 12 days
