It says it's for me, but how can you go wrong when it says:

Value Up to $45.00. Good at any Outback Steakhouse in the United States. Includes appetizers, beverages, and desserts. (Gratuity, taxes and alcoholic beverages not included.)

This is not a gift certificate. Expiration Date: 6/30/2013

Back is signed by a manager. The rules state all that I said plus it has no cash value, will not be replaced if lost or stolen. No reproductions will be accepted. Will not carry an unused balance.

I've used these before. We get them from a family member who works there and gets them as a bonus for extra work he does for them. I have used them many times with no problem. They have never asked for my name or id.

Honestly I have no idea, I would think so. I suppose the winner that wins this could always call the Outback they wanna go to and ask them for sure. If you aren't satisfied and it gets denied you can always return it to me and I'll give credits back.

I'm a little confused. If it's not a gift certificate, what is it? Never heard of a Tuckaway.

It's basically a gift certificate, not sure why it says that on it. Here's the details from Outback's website:

"A paper certificate valued at $45 to be redeemed at any Outback in the United States. The Tuckaway will not carry any unused value forward."

So yeah it's a gift certificate even though it says it isn't.
