Solid Jade Bear Carving

Please read description thoroughly before posting questions. it may take me the full seven days to ship.

I bought this bear when I was in Homer, Alaska attending a family reunion back in '08. I forget the name of the aquarium I bought it at but it was a huge place. I paid $24 dollars for it.

The head if the fish broke off and my mother glued it back on. Eventually it fell off again. You can still see some if the glue. There is a itty bitty chip near the foot (pictured) but overall this bear still looks really good.

It is hand carved out of solid jade. I have a little scale but I have to go buy batteries. Watch for the weight in an update.

It is about an inch lengthwise and it fits neatly in the curve if your hand and feels nice to the touch.

You might mean the Alaska sea life center in Seward. It's an awesome place, and they have lots of native crafts there.
