One of my quick fix meals I have loved for years! Easy to put in the freezer and have on hand for a quick meal or ??? Simple, quick and easy...LOVE IT!!! Although I must admit that when the recipe was given to me I thought she was nuts.....but I tried it "as is" and YUMMY! I have since played with it a bit......hardly ever making it the same way twice lol.

I will email the winner of this auction the recipe for this quick but delicious sandwich.
