Don't need a CD for Wireless router. Just google the Default IP along with login n password. you can configure it via your computer.
Does this have DDNS/DynDns?

You probably do if it came with a cd, mine did and the cd had pc software for setting the encryption type that it used such as wep or wpa and the password.
