are there any tears or scratches or noticeable marks on them....are they in excellent,good, fair or poor condition? sorry for all the questions but these are for my grand daughter and her mother is very picky. do you accept pay-pal?TY

I would say they are in good condition. my daughter only wore then for one winter which wasn't very long due to having 60 degree weather in Feb last year. The velcrow from what I seen was in decent shape. As far as scratches or noticable marks there shouldn't be. I do accept paypay....
