Very cute white mini skirt by Taunt. Size Medium. 95% cotton, 5% spandex~That means it is a little stretchy :) Seems as though it used to have draw string waist, but they are not there. It is not that big of a deal though, you cannot even tell...(but since I told you, now you know!!--I can't keep my bidders in the dark!) :) CARE INSTRUCTIONS: Machine wash. Cold water with like colors. No chlorine bleach. Lay flat to dry. Iron if needed.
This is guaranteed a great item!

I would say woman's because normally it would say if it were Juniors...no?? I can give you measurements of it relaxed and stretched if you'd like...It is 15 1/2" unstretched, and 20 1/2" stretched. It is small. So I would say a Medium in Juniors, and a small for women's. But it DOES NOT actually say. I really hope this helps!! Thanks for looking!
