The listing, Blinged out turtle has ended.

Not sure what to say about this little guy, so I added extra pictures. Another item that I got in a box lot at an auction, so I will tell you what I know or guess.
I think he might be made of pewter. Not sure if he was made this way or someone created him. You can see glue residue in spots on the bottom around the shell.
measurements are 3 1/2 in long, 2 1/2 in wide, and stands 1 1/2 in tall.
