So is this phone turned off right now or when does it need time added? because if its off right now and not working and needs air time added the new owner will have to call in for a new sims card to activate it i just got one and had to call in for them to send me a new sims card in order to get it to work for me but if its still on then they can just ad airtime to keep it on.

Yes, I got a new phone and this one is turned off. It will need a sims card, but Net10 will send it free of charge. And it has 113 minutes still left on it.

Yes they are fast in sending you a new sims card but the minutes will not be saved upon activating it with a new sims card my phone had over 2000 minutes on it but when reactivated with my new sims card it went to zero until i added air time and then they were never recovered. oh well such is life lol
