Really when I bought this I Paid 8.00 thinking I got a great deal on an extendable fishing rod! lol It was a Fishing Rod alright but a mock pole Butane Lighter. It is empty, Cant ship with butane in it, for safty reasons.but it does spark when you click the stricker on the rod. I am offering free shipping. However if you want insurance or tracking you will have to pay for it yourself.Guessing around 3.00 -4.00. Dollars.

Insurance is usually $30, so usually used only on items over $30, but tracking is only .75 cents.

I do tracking cause it's cheap and if you get it, there is proof that it was delivered. Avoiding nasty disputes is worth the .75 cents.
