Good Morning Sorry No I can-not...That is for a few reasons. But here is a few examples.
1. people bidding or that wish to bid would need to consider the shipping cost when bidding. Where as someone local would not.
2. I usually offer free shipping except for 3 months of the year, that's because for those 3 months all funds collected are to help St. Vincent DePaul in the form of gift items that are gathered from the credits and gift cards acquired with the shipping cost. They intern help needy family's during the Holiday Season...

being a Local from the area you know the charity I'm speaking of and I pray you can respect my reasons for such..
