brand new never used in great condition.. both men n women can use.. my twin brothers in the marines so he sends me stuff all the time but he sent me the same hat twice.. one size fits all it has an adjuster in the back for you to make the hat bigger or small.. good luck too u all..

also, if your brother sends you any more doubles of anything, let me know, I'll take them off your hands. served in USMC from Aug 01 to Jan 05, and have lost everything I had from that time.
