it does make a difference some times bidders dont have enough credits for items they would like so it gives them time to get enough saved up for the item they want. plus it gives time for more bidders to fid the item.

well you know how some women are they dress up to impress other women. I mean I would not go in all slumpy at a call center , but I wouldn't dress for a party either. :)
