This is another skirt I own that I can't wear it's in perfect condition cause I have maybe wore it 2 times since ive had it
It is kind of long on me and I'm 5'5 and if I try to wear it..it goes to my ankles almost.
The bad thing...it doesnt have a tag on it but I would say it is a large or medium...hope that helps some people I'm very sorry

Uhm..I honestly don't know I guess cotton? There isn't a tag I even had to kind of guess the size all it has one tag and it says, SHE,s then a long line then it says 48.
