My best guess is that is is made of a porcelin or ceramic and they are just under 5 inches tall.

Do you happen to know if this is Lenox? (Look underneath).

I just did a very quick search and these Minnie and Mickey cake toppers are running around $50-100. If it's Lenox, it's definitely in the $100-range.
