Questions & Comments
I hope you all are taking notice that there has not been one response since the questions began. RGP means rolled gold plated . . . it is a high quality process of plating gold over another metal but it is not actually real gold through and through. And while the ring is pretty, look at the title: it is deceptively written. This isn't a diamond, it is a cz, and it is not solid gold. Just something to think about.
My apologies for not responding until now. There was a family emergency that's kept me out of town for the past week. And you're right, RGP is plated, not solid gold.
Thank you for responding. This ring caught my eye because it is so pretty. It is still a high quality ring, and would look great on anyone. I like HGE and RGP rings because they hold up well and look expensive, and it is common to vintage rings which I collect. I'm sorry if I sounded a little cranky earlier!
