I don't know if the case is original or not as the movie was given to me, but the artwork is original and it's not a bootleg.

I've actually never watched it. But here is a summary from Netflix:
One year after the gorgeous Milan Hastings (Sabrina Aldridge) dies in a prank devised by slithery socialite Desiree Cartier (Taylor Cole), members of Desiree's upper-crust clique start dying in mysterious -- and often grisly -- ways. While the hunter's attacks grow increasingly frequent and vicious, it's a fight for survival for the spoiled heirs in this jumpy horror treat, co-starring Scout Taylor-Compton, Josh Henderson and Jennifer Siebel.

Nope, none that I can see :) I put it in my dvd player last night and it plays all the way through.
