At&T Go Phone-model # P7040P-uses a sim card and comes with charger and user manual. This phone is less than 3 months old (I just got a new one) and is set up for use with the $50 pre-paid card for the unlimited call/text monthly plan, but can be used by purchasing calling cards in smaller denominations if you want. It can be changed by calling customer service. There is already a $10.51 balance on it that is good until 1/6/13. It has internet capability, GPS, radio & music and many more apps are available (some free) as shown on the menu screen. The buttons are small, but they're raised which makes them super easy to use
