This is a pretty formal dress from a department store (probably Jcpenny) and it's junior's size small. It is very light and flowy and the front length comes above the knees but the back cascades below the knees for a classic look. The bust has padding in it and is form fitting, the straps are sheer and there is a sheer tie around the back. There is no zipper so it has to be slipped over the head. There is a little flower design on the hip.
