NEW diaper small size will fit up to 16 lb baby. Outside is brown fleece inside is Birdseye diaper flannel with a 4 layer sewn insert of flannel. Diaper is closed with Velcro. This diaper is easy to wash and dry. I made one like this for my grandson who weighs 13 lbs and it still fits him. I have used this style from NB for him.
