This hooks up to your cellphone through bluetooth and attaches to your steering wheel allowing you to answer calls from its controls right on your steering wheel allowing for handsfree cell phone control.

This item is used but works great, Battery life on it is exceptional.
It comes with a car charger.

It features phone book transfer to allow you to transfer your phone book right onto the device to make calls right off the device.
It also works off voice recognition and has a mic mute button.

wow that thing is great i wish i had a car to myself i would get that how does it work with speakers does it have its own or does it go throw the car speakers

It has its own speakers built in, they are the silver parts on the sides, very loud and clear. It just clips onto the steering wheel so it is easily removable when changing vehicles so it would still work even if you share a car.
