The listing, womans watch new in package has ended.

this is a ladies watch , new in package. It is not keeping time, so I am assuming that it either has no battery or the battery is exhausted.

I have had this for at least 8 years and I figure if I havent taken it out of the package and worn it or given it away, I wont be. So its up for grabs.

umm, no. I have owned it that long. Just decided that I wouldn't ever use it. that's all. I have no idea how long it kept time. its been in my boxes for a long time now.
