2000- ill add another rare card makeing tatol 11 cards
3000- ill add 5 more random cards
4000-ill make sure at least one of that 5 is rare
5000- ill add five more cards
and if GIN is used ill make sure 1 of those 5 are rare makeing a total of 21 cards at and at least 3 will be rare
