Went through my old biz stuff and found 3 sales receipt books that have a lot of blank pages still left. They are the carbon copy type. I used them when I sold at little street fairs and stuff. I also have an unopened package of generic Order forms.

For shipping, I will get your address and check with usps on the exact cost according to the weight. I will then email you for payment if you have the winning bid. Once payment is received, your item will ship.

I prefer paypal and using it will give you faster a shipment. I'll accept cash folded in a paper and mailed, but this will take a few weeks. If you prefer this, email me for mailing address.
