When I became a moderator, they had a request for a few on the "Jobs" page. It's not there anymore, but I'd check there once and a while to see if they need more.

Your account is still pretty new, but the more you use Listia, the higher chance you have of being picked. Showing that you have a strong understanding of the rules is good too (one way of showing this is by flagging auctions that need it).

Nope, no special perks. It's all volunteered based so I don't receive money, credits, or anything else for doing it. The only difference between my account and your account is that the button to edit and remove auctions is still there for me even if there are bids.
