This is a beautiful 10K gold ring, size 8. It is two joined hearts, there are 6 rubies on the right edge of each heart and the top looks like it has a diamond chip in each. Now, I DO NOT know if the rubies are real or simulated nor do I know if it's a real diamond chip. The band IS stamped 10K though. CTS is also stamped in it, but I don't know what that means. I know it normally means carats, bit in this case I don't know. There is nothing else stamped. The band seems to have a slight curve in one section, maybe from being sized or something.
