yeah. my husband and i wanted our daughter to be into them just as much as we are but unfortunately she passed away at 11 weeks from sids. we did her whole room in care bears and got the movies for her and a couple plushies before she passed. after it became an obsession. my husband even got a tat of cheer bear (the one that he already bid on) with angel wings and a halo with her name where the rainbow goes. so yes i would have to agree that we are SERIOUS collectors. him more than i.

Would love to have this one for my daughter and I even feel bad now. God Bless your little one... I hope you win it for her memory and I hope your blessed with another little girl. SIDS has always scared me and I haven't slept much since I became a mom! Grateful that I still have my baby girl. Fanned and watching... Can't bid though.. I want Ohiomommy to win it... :)

F&W! I have a 4 month old girl and SIDS scares the crap out of me. Each time she gets shots I can't sleep, because I'm afraid shell have a bad reaction while I'm asleep. I know it is a mystery why it happens, but you can never be too safe. I'm so sorry about your sweet baby girl! Hope you win this auction! I loved Care Bears as a kid too!
