Hope their stain free and in like new condition for that many points for one article of clothing. Is this stuff name brand? Or is it clothes you can buy from Target or Walmart for $5.00-$8.00

They are from my sister's kid... And she doesn't pay attention to brads.. But she works at Ross and I think she gets the shirts really cheap like $3.99 ea with her 40% off... But I dont really know the brands that Ross has in stock
