NOTICE; i have been asked several times about free shipping. Here is what I think, If anyone wants free shipping and they win the auction they will need to write me letting me know but I will not send the laser in a box, I will just put it in a bubble envelope and will not be responsible for the way it arrives. Fair enough?

Hi there so I was checking out this particular laser and noticed that they are supposed to come with a mounting plate. Are all of the pieces you have pictured? I'm guessing the people that want free shipping can't or don't want to set up and verify a paypal account. Either because they don't know how or don't want to hook their bank or credit card account up to it (maybe because of privacy and security fears), or how to make money doing surveys and other things online and getting paid via paypal, so they would always have some available to pay such a low shipping fee on an auction such as this. Or they've used paypal in the past, and either don't want to again or can't open up another one for some reason known only to them. There are potentially many reasons and circumstances that cause people to not have an active paypal account with a few bucks in it to cover shipping costs. That's why this site is so good, really, though. There are a lot of things listed that are free shipping to help those folks out some. But there are also other things on the site that you have to have a paypal account for if you want it. All I know is, if I didn't have a paypal account and wanted this, then I wouldn't be able to bid on it, The seller says she'll ship it free, but only in an envelope with no safe packing materials protecting it. I would be too scared to risk all of my hard earned points on the chance that USPS won't throw a heavy box on top of it, even if it has the word FRAGILE on it. It's not that hard to get a paypal account set up and get a few dollars into it. It's also not that hard to understand that a lot of us sellers can't afford to keep paying shipping costs all of the time.That's what I really don't understand out of all of the conversation going on. There's a lot of things on listia that I like, but if they cost more points than I have or more money than i have in a paypal account for shipping, then tough luck for me. That's just the way it goes sometimes, I guess, at least IMHO.

Ive got it packed up, I cant tell you there are 2 batteries and the 2 side pieces that mount it I dont remember seeing a plate with it the screws are in it Im sorry, i just dont know
