This is a brand new Lori Greiner purse, also comes with detachable organizer! Wrappers are still on the handles and front buckle. This is sold on QVC tv. I won this on here, however its not my style after all. When i received it, it did come from a smoking home (my home is non-smoking though) however it no longer smells as much. The measurements are height: 8 1/2 and Width: 11 1/2
