welcome back!!! Good to hear you got your credits back and i understand what you meen I can always set a GIN but i charges me to do that so let me know if your interested in that i can then put it up but if i do please use it!!

GIN Is Get It Now enyone interested please let me know and please be sure to use it cause it cost me credits to do GIN!! Since this auction gives you the chance to get more then one team please let me know how meny teams you would like and i will set the GIN to that amount and will post the charge for me to do GIN. The reason im charging a little extra Gin is for what Listia cahrges me to set the gin so you know the reason is because i set GIN and then no one bids so i loose my credits as well. Remember with GIN i ship on fri/Sat at the end of the week so as soon as i get your listia aproved address will mail this on these days!!! friday is right around the corner and to wait till this auction ends is a long time so it all up to you. let me know!!!

lol yeah i just delt with that not to long ago just a day or so ago!! no affence to anyone but it is the kids that get on here they post somthing then they never mail it or whatever! I can not amagine if some one payed to have somthing shipped! would they get there money back and if so how? So yeah as a seller i understand. I also have meny who won my auctions and never gave me their address so i couldint ship. So after 7 days i get to keep credits and item and relist it. I also had meny things returned for not having the right address given to me so in the event I get somthing back like that i then tell the winner they must pay for shipping this out again 2 times the shipping price for me sending it once and then having to send this again. If not and they dont pay then i keep credits and item and relist and throw my money aways :( :) i know what you meen though it sicks!! Listia should do somthing about the problems on here.

yeah. one of the things im going through right now is the refund they gave someone after 5 days and i had shipped the item... so now they have the item, listia refunded their creds, and im out the cred, shipping, and my item. and i contacted listia and they told me that i needed to tell the buyer to inform listia when he received his item... im sorry, i dont have that much faith in people to assume that he is going to be honest enough to do that when he could keep the item and the creds...

I agree and that is totaly un fair all i know is that if he let you know he now got it tell listia to look at his comment give the the link to whereever the comment is. That alone is prof he got it by saying he did! i wish you a lot of luck and i would ask Listia how are they going to prevent this all from happening again! I hope you get somthing back anyways one or the other or i would report them and black them from your auctions for good.
