The listing, Ipod Touch 2nd Gen has ended.

I have an 8gb 2nd Gen iPod Touch but please read carefully, this iPod externally is perfect beside normal scratches on the back and screen is mint. Now for the bad, It will not work when I plug it in to charge it stays on the rest page or the white apple page, I can't figure it out but if your good with electronics, be my guest I just bought a new one instead of going to Apple and waiting in them long lines...Message me for any questions

It won't go to the main screen at ALL... its something internal with it, I just never took the time to care and get it fixed, so it won't play anything, and It will charge but it wont do anything but stay on the little white apple...

If its getting stuck on the apple logo then you'll need to do a firmware restore. You'll have to google how to force it into recovery mode to do the restore because otherwise the computer recognize it because it's stuck on the apple logo screen.
