Note winning bidder must pay with money order cause i dont have a paypal account . and it will be actual shipping cost plus cost of envelope and tracking number . i dont over charge the cost of envelope is 50 cents and the tracking number is 75 cents so it will be 1.25 plus the shipping rate to were it has to go

Priority mail is 4.95 if you pay ill ship un fortunately i can only take a postal money order until i get a paypal account but i tell person actually shipping to make sure person is happy and i follow the listia polocy
