This is a wax based product that gets melted down to give you the ultimate soft hands, feet & elbows. This is an amazing treat for yourself. has only been used 1 time but still a very giftable item.

I was a nail tech for over 10 years so I just wanted to share how to use the parrafin properly. Heat the parrafin, lotion your hands or feet, wrap in plastic you could use a grocery bag, then wrap in a towel and tuck it in if you don't have parrafin mitts or footies. Try to use a perfume free lotion. Designer lotions and VS lotions aren't good for this. Regular store bought lotions will work just fine with the wax. After the apply the lotion dip your hands or feet three times pausing a few seconds in between each dip. Have fun bidding ladies.

I had one and somewhere in several moves it disappeared. My Rhuematologist told me last week that I needed one, that was right before he sent me to the hand surgeon to have 6 fingers fixed. Also ... the paraffin lasts, and lasts. I've had mine for YEARS, and have only had to add wax once. I wash my hands with an antibacterial soap before each use, then I just peal the wax off my hands and put it back in with the rest. The wax is just as clean and clear as the first day I used it. I wouldn't recommend this if more than one person is using it though. Just be sure and keep it covered when not in use, and it lasts indefinitely.

wow thanks for the info. there are 5 unopened 1 pound bags of wax that come with this. it seems like it weighs more then that tho. but I bet if someone used this the way you are saying then just 1 of those bags would last for a really long time. and if you wanna share then you can just open up a new bag of wax for that person. perfect huh?
