What size is the picture and what kind of condition isit in? Without a frame, want to make sure theres no scratches or anything else that would effect the value. Thanks

the painting is in excellent condition and the picture measures 9 x 7 which I measured inside the frame and the frame measures 14 x 11 frame and it is sealed with a plastic to protect it
