This is a very old spoon and fork set made for a small child or baby I think. You can see how small they are from the last picture next to the cigarette pack. These are both stamped on the back in the handles with the words W.H.A. Rogers Oneida LTD. I got these in a mixed box of items I bought at an estate sale so I have no idea where or when they were made.
